Born on October 20, 1998 in Moscow. In 2020 graduated from the acting group of the directing department of Russian Institute of Theatre Arts. He began his acting career in 2019 with the drama film “Firefly” and the detective series "Whirlpool". In 2020, he played the role of Alik in the comedy series "Al-Kapotnya". In 2021, Gryzlov started work on his role in the ninth season of the medical drama "Sklifosovsky". In the same year he got the main role in the feature film by Anton Bormatov "Vladivostok".
